<div><p>To support the execution of category and trade marketing initiatives across channels by ensuring strong in-store presence, effective promotional implementation, and data-driven category insights. The role focuses on bridging planning and execution by working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver consistent visibility and drive category growth.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><h3>1. Category Execution&In-Store Excellence</h3><ul><li>Support the implementation of category plans across different channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, etc.).</li><li>Ensure proper execution of planograms and in-store visibility standards.</li><li>Monitor product placement, availability, and compliance with agreed guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution in stores.</li></ul><h3>2. Trade Marketing&Promotions</h3><ul><li>Assist in executing trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-store campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate the deployment of POS materials and visibility assets.</li><li>Track promotional activities and ensure alignment with the agreed calendar.</li><li>Support in evaluating promotion performance and highlighting improvement areas.</li></ul><h3>3. Data Analysis&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and in-store execution feedback.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on category performance, promotions, and visibility.</li><li>Identify gaps and opportunities to improve category performance.</li><li>Support the team with insights to optimize future plans.</li></ul><h3>4. Cross-Functional Coordination</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Sales teams to ensure execution of category and trade initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability for promotions and launches.</li><li>Liaise with Marketing/Trade Marketing teams to align on campaign execution.</li><li>Support communication between head office and field teams.</li></ul><h3>5. Planning&Administrative Support</h3><ul><li>Assist in building promotional calendars and tracking execution timelines.</li><li>Support in preparing presentations, business cases, and internal reports.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of trade activities, budgets, and performance tracking.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on action plans and deliverables.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Educational level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Trade Marketing, or a related role, preferably within FMCG.</li><li>Proven experience supporting sales planning, forecasting, and trade or promotional activities.</li><li>Good understanding of retail channels and in-store execution.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales, market, and financial data.</li><li>Good understanding of sales processes, trade marketing principles, and route-to-market dynamics.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Languages: Arabic and Good English.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships.</li><li>Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
