Job Description

Role SummaryManages all customer communication for a premium car care shop, including WhatsApp follow‑ups, outbound calls, scheduling, and CRM updates. Supports sales growth by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth daily workflow.Core ResponsibilitiesCall customers for follow‑ups, confirmations, reminders, and upsells.Manage WhatsApp communication with fast responses and a professional tone.Handle daily booking and scheduling for detailing, tinting, PPF, and related services.Maintain a simple CRM pipeline: leads, follow‑ups, job status, and customer history.Support sales by explaining services, packages, and add-ons clearly.Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow and accurate timing.Required SkillsStrong communication on calls + WhatsApp.Consistent follow‑up discipline and customer handling.Ability to manage schedules and time slots efficiently.Basic understanding of car care services or willingness to learn quickly.Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced shop environment.Previous experience in a car care / detailing / tinting / automotive service shop.
