Calypso - Project Manager (CREQ243917)Program Manager – Treasury (Calypso Implementation)Location: Turkey (or relevant delivery location)Language Requirement: Fluent Turkish and EnglishRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Treasury domain expertise and hands-on experience in Calypso implementations to lead and drive a large-scale treasury transformation program for DenizBank. The role requires close coordination with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end Calypso treasury implementation programAct as the primary liaison between DenizBank stakeholders, technology teams, and vendorsDrive program planning, execution, governance, and reportingManage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreamsOversee treasury functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back OfficeEnsure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are metCoordinate data migration, system integration, testing, and go-live activitiesProvide regular status updates and executive-level reportingResolve escalations and ensure timely decision-makingRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial servicesStrong Treasury domain knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Risk, P&L)Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsStrong understanding of system integration and large transformation programsFluent in Turkish and English (mandatory)Good to HaveExperience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodiesExposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systemsAgile / hybrid delivery experiencePMP, PRINCE2, or similar certificationEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or related field12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management roles (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
