Job Description

OverviewWe are looking for call center representatives to manage our online leads inquiries and handle appointments on a daily basis.ResponsibilitiesAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsLog in online leads and handle appointments in professional mannerProvide basic and accurate informationReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersQualifications1 year experience in automotive industryFluent English speaker and writerMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksAdvanced level of Excel experienceCRM experience is preferredExperience in selling and buying cars is an advantageExcellent organizational skillsTarget achieverProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseCustomer service attitudeHigh school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plusPlease note that we will only consider your CV if you meet the above requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
