We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Procurement Department.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of piping systems, valves, electrical components, consumables, fabricated materials, services, and subcontracts. You will collaborate closely with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effective sourcing, and strict adherence to technical specifications and project requirements.</p><p>Your expertise will play a key role in supporting the efficient execution of industrial and power generation projects, contributing directly to their success.</p><h3>🎯What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Strategically procure mechanical equipment, piping materials, electrical components, and power plant‑specific items such as valves, fittings, pressure parts, instrumentation, and fabricated spools.</li><li>Manage purchasing records, comparison sheets, clarifications, pricing, and administrative tasks for mechanical and power plant commodities.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, engineering, suppliers, and QA/QC departments for material approvals and technical compliance.</li><li>Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical&commercial offers, draft POs, and ensure all procurement aligns with project specifications and approved vendor lists.</li><li>Assess supplier capabilities, negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and warranty conditions.</li><li>Ensure on‑time delivery of all project materials, including bulk materials, consumables, and long‑lead items required for power plants.</li><li>Resolve issues related to NCRs, delays, quality deviations, and vendor performance.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (highly preferred) or a related engineering discipline with strong mechanical understanding.</li><li>5–8 years of procurement experience in power plant projects, EPC, Oil&Gas, Water&Power, or large‑scale industrial construction, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of power plant equipment including pressure parts, piping materials, valves, pumps, and fabricated components.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, datasheets, and QA/QC documents related to power plant materials.</li><li>Hands‑on experience managing procurement cycles: RFQs, technical clarifications, comparison sheets, commercial negotiation, PO issuance, and vendor follow‑up.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and strong communication skills.</li><li>Strong planning, organizing, and analytical abilities with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.</li><li>A collaborative mindset with responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail, especially when handling critical long‑lead power plant items.</li><li>Work on High‑Impact Projects: Be part of major power generation and industrial development projects, supporting the delivery of reliable and efficient energy infrastructure.</li><li>Direct Project Impact: Your sourcing decisions will significantly influence project timelines, cost savings, quality performance, and operational reliability.</li><li>Career Growth: Accelerate your professional growth within a leading engineering and construction organization working on high‑value and technically challenging projects.</li><li>Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package aligned with experience and industry benchmarks.</li><li>Innovation&Excellence: Join a team dedicated to improving procurement processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.</li></ul><h3>📌How to Apply</h3><p>If you are a dedicated Procurement professional with experience in power plant projects and a strong Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Procurement background, we encourage you to apply.
