BIM Engineering Lead — Digital Construction&Coordination

By investing in our people’s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.</p><p><strong>Role Objective:</strong></p><ul><li>To assist BIM Manager/Champion in the management of the function by delegating tasks and workload properly to the Modelling personnel.</li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day support in Modelling and Coordination section. In addition to performing QA/QC on BIM project.</li></ul><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare BIM execution plans and project specific training documentation.</li><li>Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.</li><li>Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required.</li><li>Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.</li><li>Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.</li><li>Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support.</li><li>Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.</li><li>Daily model management administration and maintenance.</li><li>Understand and execute government standards by implementing during virtual design and construction phase.</li><li>Manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information.</li></ul><p><strong>Educational and Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience not Less than 5 Years in BIM with hands on Engineering BIM tools and software.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Modelling, Drafting and Coordination Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>3D Modelling (Capable to develop models using Revit platform, mastering of creating different types of families from scratch And, able to deal with the point cloud files Scan to BIM, wide knowledge in drafting and annotation)</li><li>BIM Coordination (Capable to create clash report using Navisworks, able to translate the clash matrix into sets and clash tests and tracker)</li><li>4D Simulation (Capable to develop 4D simulation using Synchro, Navisworks or Lumion in addition to the basic knowledge of planning)</li><li>5D Cost and Quantity Takeoff (Capable to extract any type of schedule in Revit and Navisworks).</li></ul><p><strong>BIM Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Having a good experience in 7D (asset and facility extractions from the BIM Model)</li><li>Having experience in dealing and extracting COBie</li><li>Having experience in dealing with IFC format linking and extractions</li><li>Capable to develop a BIM Execution plan with all its related appendixes and apply the EIR within the project.</li></ul><p><strong>Cloud and Software:</strong></p><ul><li>BIM360/ACC (DOCS, COLLABORATE PRO) (Pre-requisite)</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
