The Business Planning / Strategic Planning professional will be responsible for defining long-term organizational goals and driving strategic initiatives to support business growth. This role involves aligning departmental objectives with the overall corporate vision, conducting market analysis, and monitoring performance to ensure effective execution of strategies. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business plans and long-term growth strategiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risksAlign departmental and functional objectives with the organization's strategic goalsDefine, track, and analyze KPIs to measure business performanceProvide insights and recommendations to optimize business strategies and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiativesPrepare strategic reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadershipMonitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferredExperience across strategy, consulting, or corporate planning functionsExposure to large-scale or government projects is an advantage
