Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a Business Lead to oversee and drive the business operations of a digital platform, ensuring its vision, strategy, and adoption across public sector stakeholders are successfully implemented. The role provides leadership in coordinating platform initiatives, aligning multiple stakeholders, and supporting strategic decision-making at the program level. The Business Lead works closely with internal teams, government entities, solution providers, and partners to promote platform adoption, enable smart solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of platform initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and facilitate meetings and workshops with sector owners and smart solution providers to explain the platform’s benefits and ensure a clear understanding of its capabilitiesDevelop and present value propositions for smart solutions tailored to sector requirements, demonstrating how the platform addresses operational and strategic needsSupport the tendering process, including distributing RFPs, collecting vendor responses, and reviewing proposals for smart solutions and platform servicesFacilitate engagement sessions with stakeholders to discuss opportunities, challenges, and adoption strategies, promoting collaboration and platform utilizationCollaborate with departments and stakeholders to develop and implement platform adoption strategies across sectorsLead account management activities by overseeing project teams, ensuring successful delivery, and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communicationsDevelop and prepare solution proposals for platform engagements aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirementsSkills & AbilitiesProven experience in developing and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, vendors, and partnersStrong background in account management and business development in technology or digital platform environmentsExtensive knowledge of platform ecosystems, including defining product roadmaps and long-term strategic plans.Experience setting business strategy and direction for platforms and driving cross-team initiatives for successful adoption.Ability to engage senior management and diverse stakeholder groups effectively, including third-party suppliers and consulting partners.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.Excellent planning and organizational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and quality.About the companyStarlink QatarBe vigilant about potential scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent activities, and seek credible sources or reviews to assess the trustworthiness of the company.
