The Opportunity:We are seeking an enthusiastic new Sales/Business Development focussed recruitment professional to join our Team at our Abu Dhabi Office. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in an award-winning international business.The Company:The VHR group is a multi-award winning technical recruitment business, headquartered in London, supplying contract and permanent technical and professional staff to our clients within the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Civils & Infrastructure, and Marine sectors.VHR currently employs 72 members of staff across its 8 offices in London, Manchester, Abu Dhabi, Bologna, Prague, Leipzig and Nicosia and generates a turnover of over £40M annually.The Company’s medium-term aims are to grow to 90+ staff and £85M annual turnover.The Role:Develop and manage a portfolio of aviation Clients.Build and develop existing relationships and clients within aviation clientsIdentify and build new sales opportunities within the aviation sectors utilising detailed research on market research and knowledge.As the position grows, leading and training new members of the account teamAttending client meetings within the GCCDelivering sales presentations to high-level executivesMarketing and promoting a portfolio of recruitment services by assisting in the design of relevant sales collateral and through attendance at industry events in the UK and EuropeNetworking with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional servicesResponding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature with marketing and the bid teamManaging your own diary to organise and prioritise daily and weekly and monthly goalsThe Individual:Experience in cold calling clients / headhunting candidates and candidate managementResults orientatedVery good organisation skills and high attention to detailCompetitive salary and commission packageTailored Career Progression –a career development plan which suits youWorking within a dynamic team supporting a thriving international business#J-18808-Ljbffr
