Job ScopeThe Business Development Manager is accountable for researching and identifying new opportunities to grow, develop business and propose new potential deals while leading on projects from introduction to implementation. S/He studies financial impacts, reviews the organization positioning, analyzes market trends and forges strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Date: Mar 28, 2026Location: Dubai, AECompany: Mindware FZ-LLCReq ID: 3084Job TitleBusiness Development ManagerMain Duties And ResponsibilitiesTalent and DevelopmentIdentify, secure and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits and outsourced servicesDetect new markets and market needs to grow business and sales promoting the company services in areas such as data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber SecurityConduct business reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectivenessOversee and coordinate the progress of all strategic projects, identify room for improvement and system enhancementsPrepare presentations on new projects and business development opportunitiesAnticipate market evolutions and competitors’ activities and suggest solutions based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and viability of business partnersEnsure that all financial performances are in correlation with the yearly budget and in alignment with the strategic business goalsPrepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential projectsIdentify, initiate and develop contacts with strategic business partners and potential clients generating revenues and attracting partnershipsDraft agreements with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesProvide after-sales support on a regular basisTalent DevelopmentLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownershipDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession planConduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in services sales for IT solutions, AI, and platforms (including Software, SAP, Salesforce, Dell, NVIDIA, AWS, Google Cloud, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, etc.).UAE experience is mandatory, along with a strong professional network.Confident personality with excellent communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
