Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead business development efforts to secure new projects in the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and developers.Actively pursue and close high-value fit‑out and design projects to meet the company’s growth objectives.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and opportunities.Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.Attend industry events and network to build the company's visibility and client base.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the fit‑out or interior design industry.Strong network in the commercial, residential, or luxury design sectors.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Self‑motivated and target‑driven.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or interior design‑related fields.#J-18808-Ljbffr
