The ideal candidate is highly aggressive in sales, resilient in overcoming challenges, and capable of managing and growing major key accounts, including securing large-scale institutional and bulk portfolio deals. The role will provide a competitive compensation package.Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Business Development Lead (Real Estate)Be the voice of property owners for the company (individual and institutional).Be the driver behind growing our real estate portfolio of individual asset owners and institutions.Activate sourcing new real estate deals by meeting asset owners, real estate developers, asset managers, brokers and large scale real estate owners.Driving the supply pipeline by selling the Silkhaus Business model to new potential property partners.Enhance property partner relationships through exceptional communication and engagement skills.Managing all new inbound property leads.Be a key deal seeker and negotiator with the ability to close new business.Exceptional real estate knowledge.Monitor market trends, demographics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.Leasing ModelSeeking the best real estate lease deals to close.Evaluate potential residential properties based on predefined criteria, such as location, size, layout, accessibility, and proximity to target customer segments.Comprehensive knowledge of Tawtheeq system, ADREC, and DCT.Tracking of critical real estate dates and issuing notices.Skills And Qualifications+3 years in a Business Development Role / Real Estate ExperienceRelevant market knowledge within the property industry, both residential and commercial real estate lawGreat attention to detail to ensure lease and contract terms have been carefully reviewed and agreed uponAnalytical skillsCourage to make decisionsBusiness, commercial and financially mindedHustle mentality and one team one dream spiritSelf-starter, flexible and adaptableDesire to join a rocket-ship venture-backed startupAbility to maintain composure and objectivity under pressureCustomer-obsessionExcellent communicator with strong verbal and negotiation skillsWhy Join SilkhausAt Silkhaus, we foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and growth.
