We flag when market structure is becoming unstable — before the cascade hits.</p><h3>The role:</h3><p>We are looking for a driven BD executive to build our pipeline through X (Twitter). You will identify and engage derivatives traders, crypto fund operators, and prop desk risk managers — and convert them into qualified demo calls.</p><p>This is not a social media management role. This is pipeline building through targeted outreach to serious market participants.</p><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Identify and qualify target accounts on X daily</li><li>Execute outbound DM campaigns using proven templates</li><li>Engage with derivatives and risk content to build credibility</li><li>Book demo calls with qualified prospects</li><li>Track all outreach and report pipeline metrics weekly</li></ul><h3>What a qualified lead means:</h3><p>A derivatives trader or fund risk manager who actively manages leveraged positions, has seen the product, and has agreed to a demo call. Not follower counts. Not likes.</p><h3>What we are looking for:</h3><ul><li>Strong written English — clear, direct, no fluff</li><li>Self-starter — you manage your own pipeline</li><li>Experience with X outreach or crypto community engagement</li></ul><h3>Working arrangement:</h3><p>We are based out of DMCC, JLT. Team working days are held at the Address or Vida hotels (Downtown or Creek) — collaborative, professional environments.
