Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth for a recruitment platform. The role involves outbound B2B calls lead generation and client acquisition by promoting recruitment and hiring solutions to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients Identify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs Build and maintain long-term client relationships Requirements: 13 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales Experience in FinTech HealthTech or Recruitment / HR / Services industry preferred Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills Experience in selling services is an added advantage Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently Candidates currently in the UAE preferred Immediate joiners preferred Salary & Benefits: Salary open to discussion (based on experience) Attractive incentives and commission structure Career growth opportunities Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Marketing,Cold Calling,Sales Pipeline,Salesforce,Inside Sales,Customer relationship management,CRM Software,negotiation,Lead Generation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
