Job Title: Business Development Executive & CoordinatorLocation: Dubai, UAESalary & BenefitsSalary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000Benefits:Employment VisaMedical InsuranceCompany CarFuel AllowanceRole OverviewA leading company in the elevators and escalators industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Executive & Coordinator to support management in expanding the company’s market presence. This role combines business development support, client coordination, vendor registration management, and executive‑level administrative assistance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company is registered and pre‑approved with major consultants, developers, contractors, and architectural firms, while also supporting leadership with communication, scheduling, and follow‑ups. The position requires a detail‑oriented, positive, and technologically capable professional who can coordinate across departments and maintain structured follow‑up on important business development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development SupportSend structured outreach emails to consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.Assist in expanding the company’s network by identifying new firms for vendor registration and prequalification.Maintain and update a database of potential clients, consultants, and vendors.Track communication history and follow‑ups with prospective clients.Vendor Registration & PrequalificationPrepare and submit vendor registration applications to consultants, contractors, and developers.Compile all required documentation such as company profiles, certifications, financial documents, and technical records.Ensure the company is pre‑approved with major architectural firms and consultants.Track registration statuses and follow up regularly until approvals are completed.Executive CoordinationSupport management by scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing follow‑up timelines.Prepare and send professional correspondence to clients and partners.Track important action items from meetings and ensure timely follow‑up.Internal CoordinationCommunicate with internal departments (sales, operations, engineering, and administration) to gather documentation required for submissions.Ensure submissions and communications are completed accurately and on time.Maintain organized records of registrations, submissions, and client communications.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in business development coordination, sales support, executive assistance, or similar roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.High proficiency with email communication, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and office productivity tools.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow‑ups simultaneously.Experience with vendor registration processes or corporate documentation submissions is an advantage.Personality & Work StyleA positive, uplifting attitude that contributes to a productive workplace.High professionalism and reliability.Comfort engaging in cross‑functional discussions with different departments.Strong attention to detail and structured work habits.Curiosity and comfort working with technology and digital systems.What Success Looks Like in This RoleThe company becomes registered and pre‑approved with a growing number of consultants, developers, and contractors.Management meetings and follow‑ups are organized and consistently executed.Communication with clients and partners is professional, timely, and structured.Vendor registrations and documentation are handled efficiently and without delays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
