Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across government, public sector, and private sector clients.Monitor UAE government and semi-government procurement portals for tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs.Support end-to-end proposal development, including EOIs, technical proposals, commercial submissions, and client presentations.Conduct market research, lead identification, and opportunity tracking through networking, events, digital platforms, and market intelligence tools.Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements.Maintain opportunity pipelines, CRM updates, and BD performance reporting.Support senior leadership in client meetings, stakeholder engagement, and business development initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.3 – 5 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, advisory services, proposal management, or government contracting.Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms is strongly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of UAE government procurement and tendering processesExcellent proposal writing and presentation skillsStrong analytical, research, and market intelligence capabilitiesi>High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilitiesLanguage & NationalityFluent Arabic and English – MandatoryCandidates preferably based in Abu Dhabi.#J-18808-Ljbffr
