Job Description

Content Creation & DevelopmentWrite, edit and proofread compelling content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Ensure content is on‑brand, consistent, and tailored to the target audience.Content Strategy & PlanningAssist in the development and execution of the content strategy in alignment with the hotel’s marketing goals. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports brand messaging and objectives.SEO & Keyword OptimizationImplement SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well on search engines. Conduct keyword research to optimize content and drive organic traffic to the hotel’s digital platforms.Social Media ContentCreate engaging and shareable content for the hotel’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure all content aligns with the hotel’s voice and messaging.Blog & Website ManagementManage and update website and blog content regularly. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure content is properly formatted, optimized, and regularly refreshed.Multimedia Content CreationWork with the design team to produce multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics that support written content and enhance user engagement.Content Calendar ManagementAssist in the creation and management of the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.Brand ConsistencyEnsure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and style and adheres to brand guidelines.Content Performance TrackingMonitor and analyze the performance of content across platforms using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement.Collaboration with Other TeamsCollaborate with marketing, sales, PR, and other departments to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.Campaign SupportSupport marketing campaigns by creating and curating relevant content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.Content IdeationContinuously generate new content ideas and topics based on customer insights, trends, and industry developments to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.Internal CommunicationAssist with creating internal communication materials including newsletters and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.Research & Trend AnalysisStay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices to ensure content strategies are innovative and effective.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or service industries.Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them to content creation and optimization.Digital Content Proficiency: Experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns.Creative Skills: Strong creativity and a flair for storytelling. Ability to think outside the box and produce engaging content that captures the audience’s attention.Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to create engaging content that drives interaction and engagement.Analytical Mindset: Ability to monitor, measure, and analyze content performance to optimize future content strategies.Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in all aspects of content creation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.Project Management: Excellent time‑management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Multimedia Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating visual content is a plus.Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.Adaptability: Ability to adapt content and strategies based on changing trends, customer feedback, and performance insights.SustainabilitySupport content initiatives that promote the hotel’s sustainability efforts, eco‑friendly practices, and commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).Compliance & StandardsEnsure all content complies with industry regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.Customer Engagement & SafetyEnsure that content reflects the hotel’s commitment to customer safety, well‑being, and satisfaction, particularly in times of changing global condition
