They are now looking to hire a Business Analyst to support a range of initiatives focused on process optimisation, systems improvement, and operational efficiency across the organisation. What you'll be doing Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement Gathering and documenting business and system requirements Supporting operational and technology improvement initiatives Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimisation Analysing operational data to generate insights and recommendations Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams What we're looking for Strong experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or gap analysis Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders Strong documentation and reporting skills Why consider this opportunity?
