Business Analyst - Real Estate (Arabic Speaker, 1‑Year FTC)

OverviewThis pivotal role leads the design, documentation, and enhancement of the Real Estate Operating Model across leasing, property management, asset management, facilities management, and finance. You will act as the central link between business leaders, technology teams, and governance functions to ensure clarity, structure, and measurable improvements.Client DetailsA fast‑growing real estate development group undergoing strategic digital transformation. The organisation is committed to operational excellence, innovation, and building a high‑performance culture.ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end design of real estate operating models with APQC‑aligned process frameworks.Oversee monitoring activities including board action tracking, MoM creation, and governance reporting.Develop BRDs, RTMs, and structured requirements for ERP and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Yardi, SAP).Conduct root cause analysis, define KPIs, apply Six Sigma methodology, and embed continuous improvement.Ensure process governance, compliance alignment, and integration with performance management systems.Profile / QualificationsAt least 8 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement or transformation within real estate, covering leasing, property or asset management.Deep capability in operating model design, advanced process mapping and identifying gaps, inefficiencies and ownership issues.Proven hands‑on experience producing BRDs, RTMs and leading requirements workshops for ERP platforms (Yardi, SAP or similar).Strong analytical mindset with practical experience applying Six Sigma/DMAIC, KPI design and performance monitoring.Fluent in Arabic and English, confident engaging senior leaders, presenting insights and facilitating workshops.Job OfferOpportunity to shape and influence enterprise‑wide digital and process transformation.
