It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of key priorities of the organization through insights mining and data modeling to enable high impact decisions. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group that sets a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The role is highly cross-functional and you will work closely with country leads, category leads, product managers, data engineers and senior management locally and regionally to define new metrics and project requirements.The position is based in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesCreate, build and maintain recurring metrics and reportsDefine, measure and track the success of feature launches and new initiativesEffectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadershipDesign and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scaleIdentify areas of opportunity for automationParticipate in strategic and tactical planning discussionsQualifications3 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience5 years of Excel experience (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, Power Pivot, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau3 years of business or financial analysis experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insightsExperience with ExcelExperience with SQLExperience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders2 years of business or financial analysis experienceOther informationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
