Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.1. Block MasonResponsibilities:Lay concrete blocks, bricks, and other masonry materials as per drawingsEnsure proper alignment, level, and finishingPlastering and basic finishing work when requiredFollow safety procedures at all timesRequirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in block/brick workAbility to read basic drawings is an advantageGood knowledge of construction techniques2. All-Rounder (Multi-Skilled Worker)Responsibilities:Perform multiple construction tasks (masonry, plastering, tiling, minor carpentry, etc.)Assist supervisors in completing site work efficientlyHandle tools and equipment properlyRequirements:Experience in multiple tradesFlexible and adaptable to different site tasksGood work attitude and teamwork skills3.
