OverviewBody Repair Master - Automotive TechnicianWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team at our auto body shop in Ajman, UAE. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes performing structural and cosmetic repairs, as well as welding, painting, and other techniques to ensure the highest quality work.ResponsibilitiesAssessing vehicle damage and creating repair plansPerforming structural repairs such as frame straightening and panel replacementRepairing cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, and rustUsing various tools and equipment including welding machines, sanders, and paint gunsMixing paint colors to match existing vehicle colorEnsuring all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specificationsCommunicating effectively with team members and clients throughout the repair processMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentKeeping up-to-date with industry advancements and techniquesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferredMinimum of 5 years experience in automotive body repairExtensive knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to read blueprints and follow repair manualsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentMust have valid visa for employment in UAEAs an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities.
