Land surveyor

OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and mapping land using the latest technologies in order to ensure the accuracy of our mapping data. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills, and must have good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with colleagues and clients.ResponsibilitiesCollecting accurate data by measuring angles, distances, elevations, directions, and other related information using specialized equipmentAnalyzing survey data to identify construction issues or discrepanciesPreparing reports, maps, charts, drawings, and other documents to present findingsMaintaining records of surveys including boundary lines and corners on property parcelsAssisting with boundary dispute resolutionMonitoring construction projects for compliance with safety rules and regulationsUsing computer software to generate maps from survey data collected in the fieldCollaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, planners, etc.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to consider applicants with no prior experienceTechnical skills in using surveying equipment (GPS systems)Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design (CAD) software is preferredAbility to read plans or drawings accuratelyGreat attention to detail and problem-solving skillsThis is a full-time position offering a salary of 1200 AED per month.
