OverviewJob Title: Bilingual Receptionist (English & Arabic)Role Type: Outsourced Full Time Long Term OnSiteWork location: Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai and Al Zahia, Sharjah (2 work locations, rotational)Accommodation: NOT providedTransportation: NOT provided; should have own arrangements to reach work locations as per shiftWorking Timings: 9AM–6PM; Working Days: 6 daysBenefits: Visa, medical insurance, yearly vacation, ticket gratuityRole Summary: To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers for customers. This position will be primarily responsible for the reception area and managing the floor during operating hours and events in addition to coordinating frontdesk activities.ResponsibilitiesShould also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.Ensure that the front entrances are presentable and always reflecting a professional imageReceiving calls at the reception and assigning to the right team member and taking down customers messages and ensuring the customer is called back accordinglyGreeting and welcoming customers professionally and ensure every visit is registered and assigned to the right team memberExecute adhoc data entry and data enrichment tasks within the lead and customer journey touch points to support sales and CRM functions.Ensure leads are accurately registered and assigned to the sales team based on the rotation chart.Immediately report any poor levels of cleanliness, maintenance issues, behavioral concerns, or anything that may affect the image of the organization and the customer journey to the line manager or Head of CRMMeticulous and an eye for detail to ensure brokers and agents are not left unattended to avoid interacting with the existing or potential customers.Complete lead management from generating the lead to measuring/analyzing performance of the leads whilst being dealt with the sales team.Ensure strict implementation of data security is in place and no data is given to any individual and all customer information is entered securely and correctly in the CRM system as per lead management policy.Maintain our databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.The candidate should be able to fully grasp the complexity of lead and data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to control and manage lead assignment and data analysis procedures along with complete lead management journey.Must be presentable and willing to wear Company uniform/ adhere to the company dress codeHave demonstrated excellent analytical skills and comfort with data statistical methods.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other office tools.QualificationsRelevant experience in reception, front desk operations, or customer service roles.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (bilingual).Proficiency in data entry, CRM usage, and basic data analysis.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
