Role Overview: - Collect detailed requirements for new standard reports and dashboards following data governance policies - Monitor, support, maintain, and enhance Tableau reports - Provide technical support on BI tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau) and processes to end-users - Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and rectifying errors - Enable self-service data discovery for ad-hoc analysis by equipping users with necessary resources - Respond to specific data requests promptly and offer quick insights - Share best practices and tips for data analysis and reporting Key Responsibilities: - University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role - 3+ years experience with data visualization in SAP Business Objects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in SQL for standard queries and views, as well as experience in Tableau About Swarovski: Swarovski, founded in 1895 in Austria, is renowned for creating exquisite crystals-based products of exceptional quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.
