Our Baristas are responsible for serving our customers the best beverage and food, while maintaining service and brand standards.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standardsProduce & serve all drinks and food to brand standards & recipesMaintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/planogramsMaintain standards of Health, Safety & CleanlinessUpsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize salesOperate the till in line with brand trainingMaintain hygienestandards inside the store and patio area and regularly check that all areas are in compliance to company standardsComplete all tasks required by the daily cleaning scheduleEnsure all food & beverage items are delivered and displayed as per standardCandidate RequirementsFriendly outgoing personalityCommunicate confidently with customersFlexible approachWilling to learnShows initiativeAbility to work within a team and individually (dependent on volume of shift)Worked within a customer facing environment
