We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Banquet Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Banquet Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of events and maintaining exceptional service standards in our prestigious venue.Oversee the meticulous setup of function rooms ensuring strict adherence to Banquet Event OrdersCoordinate closely with the culinary team to guarantee a comprehensive understanding of event menus and dietary requirementsSupervise and motivate the banquet staff to deliver impeccable service throughout all eventsManage inventory levels of banquet equipment and supplies ensuring optimal readiness for operationsConduct regular quality checks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in all service and storage areasCollaborate with clients and internal teams to address any last-minute changes or special requests efficientlyParticipate in pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations to continuously improve service deliveryAssist in training new team members and implementing best practices in banquet operationsEnsure compliance with local health and safety regulations as well as company policies and proceduresQualifications :Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients staff and managementStrong leadership abilities demonstrating the capacity to supervise and motivate a diverse teamMeticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to service excellenceProficiency in event planning and coordination including experience with Banquet Event Orders and menu managementDemonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyThorough understanding of safety protocols and cleanliness standards in food service and hospitality environmentsKnowledge of local cuisine and cultural etiquette relevant to Dubai and the UAEProficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageousExperience with event management software and digital tools for efficient operationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Event Planning or a related field preferredWillingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as requiredRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
