The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, ordering, storage and hygiene standards.The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Food safety knowledge is also essential as well as the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities are a must.
