Baker for Traditional Bakery in Doha, QatarWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at a traditional bakery in Doha, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and pastries that meet the expectations of our customers. This is a full-time position that requires experience in baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a variety of traditional baked goods and pastriesFollow recipes and make adjustments as neededEnsure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standardsMaintain inventory of ingredients and suppliesTrain and supervise other bakery staff members as neededKeep work area clean and organized at all timesAssist with creating new menu items and seasonal specialsRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional settingKnowledge of traditional Malayalee baked goods preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasksStrong communication skills and ability to work well with othersMust be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsFood safety certification is a plusSalaryThe salary for this position is 1400$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.LocationThis position is located in Doha, Qatar.
