B2 B Enterprise Account Executive (Entry Level)(Strategic Account & Founder Shadowing)Location:Qatar (Hybrid/On-site) Type: Entry Level (High potential for growth) Context:Fast-paced Startup EnvironmentAbout the OpportunityBuild Hop is looking for an ambitious, high-performance individual to join our team during a critical growth phase. You will be thrust into the center of the action, helping us manage a relationship with aleading enterprise firm with over 5,000 team members.As well as onboarding several others as leads.For the first month, you will mirror one of the Build Hop Founders directly.You will sit in on high-level meetings, assist during critical implementation phases, and learn firsthand how to manage large-scale B2 B software deployments.The Role: What You Will DoFounder Shadowing & Implementation (Month 1 Focus)Mirror the Leadership:accompany the Founder to on-site and online meetings with top-tier stakeholders.Critical Implementation:Assist in the rollout of our software to the client’s large workforce, ensuring the adoption phase runs smoothly.Fast-Paced Adaptation:Absorb information quickly in a high-pressure environment and turn verbal instructions into action immediately.Account Management & ConsultationClient Success:Handle regular visits (in Qatar) to the client HQ. You will be the "face" of Build Hop on the ground.Problem Identification:Listen to the client's operational struggles and identify exactly which Build Hop features provide the solution.Feedback Loop:Act as the bridge between the client and our developers. You must accurately communicate bugs, feature requests, and user friction points back to the team.Events & NetworkingRepresent Build Hopat potential corporate events and industry gatherings.Possible travelto other locations for corporate events or client expansions.Who We Are Looking ForRequired SkillsTech Literacy:You pick up new software instantly. You are the person people come to when they can't figure out a computer problem.Communication:You can articulate complex problems clearly. You are comfortable speaking to senior managers at large enterprises.Agility:You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities might shift, and you need to think on your feet.Location:Based in Qatar and able to travel locally for site visits.The "Huge Plus" ListEnterprise Software Context:Knowledge of how large companies use software (ERPs, Procurement tools like SAP or Oracle).Product Mindset:Interest in Product Management and understanding how user feedback shapes software development.Sales Aptitude:You are naturally persuasive and good at reading people.What's great in the job?You’ll like working at Build Hop.
