OverviewA newly established automotive company in Saudi Arabia is building its founding sales team and is looking for motivated, experienced Sales Consultants to be part of this exciting growth journey. This is a unique opportunity to join as a pioneer team member and help shape the brand, processes, and customer experience from day one.About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in launching and growing the company’s automotive sales operations. You will be directly responsible for generating sales, building long-term customer relationships, and setting the standard for how the business operates in the market.This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in fast-growing environments, take ownership of results, and want to be part of something new from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer EngagementManage showroom and outdoor sales activities, including customer walk-ins, inquiries, and lead follow-upsUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and packagesConduct vehicle presentations and test drivesNegotiate pricing and close deals in line with company guidelinesAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsLead Management & CRMGenerate new leads through referrals, walk-ins, social media, and market networkingMaintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM systemFollow up with prospects to maximize conversion ratesProcess & Team ContributionSupport in building and improving sales processes as part of the pioneer teamWork closely with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teamsEnsure smooth handover of sold vehicles to customersActively contribute ideas to improve customer experience and sales performanceCustomer ExperienceDeliver a high level of service before and after the saleHandle customer concerns professionally and escalate when requiredBuild long-term customer relationships and repeat businessSkillsMinimum 2–3 years of automotive sales experience in a dealership or automotive trading environmentStrong in customer handling, persuasion, and closing techniquesSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a startup-style environmentResults-driven with a strong hunger to earn and growGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with customersValid driving license preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
