Position - AV Design & Estimation EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesLead complete AV system design aligned with project requirements and site conditionsPrepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and technical proposalsDesign solutions for:Video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex-ready systems)Meeting spaces (huddle rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, auditoriums)Digital signage and LED display systemsAudio systems (BGM, paging, conferencing)Review tender documents and ensure technical complianceSelect equipment and prepare technical submittals from leading AV manufacturersCoordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams for seamless deliveryConduct site surveys and provide optimized design recommendationsSupport execution teams with clarifications and value engineeringMandatory Requirements35 years of AV design & estimation experience in the Middle EastCTS CertificationStrong technical expertise in AV systems, conferencing platforms, LED walls, and digital signageProven ability to prepare professional proposals, BOQs, and compliance documentationFamiliarity with major AV brands (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Shure, Sennheiser, Bose, etc.)Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, and ExcelKnowledge of AV over IP technologies (Dante, NVX, AVLAN)Experience with structured cabling and signal flow documentationAbility to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
