COLLECTIVEComply with the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethicsPromote the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviorsPromote Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya and spread its cultureCommit to Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya’s rules and regulationsPerform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goalsShare with team know-how and encourage their developmentJOB-SPECIFICResponsible for the overall safety of all Guest and Colleagues within and while visiting Aquarabia Water Theme Park, with a Commitment to prevention of loss of life due to drowning.Assist in the daily operation of all Aquatic Attractions within Aquarabia Water Theme Park.Responsible for Guest safety checks for attractions and Guest experience:Aquatics Risk ManagementQiddiya Core Values and Mission StatementLocal and International Standards and RequirementsGuest Satisfaction Key Performance Indicators and Guest Feedback and ExperiencesRespond to and assist in any Medical Emergency within the scope of Certification & Training, (First aid provider).Responsible for ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.Work with other Operational Departments with Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya Six Flags.To work long periods of time, exceeding the set shift timings.To be on your feet for prolonged periods of time, in different environments, elevations and manners in relation to the Guest Experience.To access ride platforms multiple times during a day.To work in different environmental conditions (Rain, Cold, Heat, Sand, Wind, etc.).Responsible for the cleanliness of all Guest and Colleague areas, including non-Aquatic aspects of the operation.Work scheduled shifts on Holidays, Weekends and Non-Operational Hours as required by Management and the Aquarabia Water Theme Park Operation deems, including before and after-hours trainings, meetings, events, and any other functions deemed necessary by Management.Adhere to all company policies and procedures as required.Ensure that the Aquarabia Water Theme Park is Fun, for Guests and Colleagues and oneself.In addition to the above listed Responsibilities and Performance Expectations, there will be additional aspects of the job that may not be listed above that will be expected to be adhered to, all in line with Guest and Colleague safety and satisfaction as well as the WTP’s overall Operational success. These additional responsibilities and requirements will be in line with Qiddiya, Six Flags, Qiddiya WTP General Manager and the Director of Operations and can be implemented at any time.EducationMinimum High School Diploma or EquivalentExperienceExperience within the hospitality, entertainment, amusement and or guest service industry in the Middle East and/or International Work.
