<div><h3>Job Description</h3><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>To Provide ATCOs with flight information and alerting services of IFR/VFR/Overflying flights in accordance with applicable rules regulations and unit procedures.</li><li>To Ensure self-briefing on the latest OB, TIs, SIs, NOTAMs, and weather information before assuming any ATCA duties.</li><li>Timely coordination with all ATS units to assist in providing a safe orderly and efficient ATC service.</li><li>To Update ATC Systems with accurate flight information and to ensure they can be viewed on the Secondary Surveillance Radar in order to enable the ATCOs to provide customers with a safe, orderly and efficient Air Traffic Service.</li><li>To co‑coordinate any aerodrome issues with Airside Operations including flight diversions, emergencies, and landing permissions.</li><li>To provide on‑the‑job training and to carry out assessments for staff as directed by the Operational Training and Standards upon obtaining the applicable experience, qualification, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>To report all incidents and occurrences that have an impact on Aerodromes and Air Traffic Services to the Watch Manager and Team Leader ATCA.</li><li>Undertakes similar or related duties as directed by senior management.</li><li>Maintain a thorough operational knowledge and understanding of the equipment and systems used for the provision of ATS, found in both the Approach Control room and the Contingency Approach Control room.</li><li>To co‑coordinate Flight plan issues with Dubai AIS including delays, cancellation and refiling of Flight plans.</li><li>Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all relevant documents – in particular ATCA in Manual of Air Traffic Services (DMATS), ATM User manuals.</li><li>Undergo training and successfully complete annual competency examinations in both theoretical and practical knowledge/currency as determined by in‑TA.</li><li>Ensure that the Safety, Process, Procedure, Communication, Attendance, Behavior, Relationship and Efficiency are applied, in accordance with the in‑TA policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Knowledge&Experience</h3><ul><li>Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent.</li><li>The job holder should be ICAO level 4 or higher in written and spoken English.</li><li>Computer literate.</li><li>The job holder will have aviation experience as an Air Traffic Controller, an Air Traffic Controller Assistant, Briefing Services, or any other relevant Aviation related job of at least 2 years duration.</li><li>A good understanding of ATM systems is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong Work Ethic.</li><li>Good Time Management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Good teamwork.</li><li>Maintains effective performance under pressure.</li></ul><p><b>Job Category:</b>Aviation (Aviation)</p><p><b>Advertiser:</b>Dubai Air Navigation Services</p><p><b>Educational-level:</b>Diploma</p><p><b>Required Nationality:</b>All Nationalities (Priority for UAE National)</p><p><b>Monthly Salary:</b>Unspecified</p><p><b>Schedule-Time:</b>Full time</p><p><b>Job Posting:</b>01/04/2026</p><p><b>Unposting Date:</b>15/04/2026</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
