They are now looking to hire a hands‑on programming associate who can help develop and maintain in‑house systems and automation solutions.Our client is seeking a Data & Quant Analytics / Coding Associate to join its investment team and take ownership of building and maintaining internal development tools. This is a highly hands‑on programming role, working directly with investment professionals across private and public markets. The successful candidate will design and implement data solutions, automate spreadsheets and workflows, and build databases that connect to multiple data sources. Unlike traditional asset‑management environments, this team places a strong emphasis on in‑house tool development, so the role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical coding and problem‑solving. This is a lean, entrepreneurial set‑up, so the candidate must be comfortable working independently, learning quickly, and taking initiative.
