At its core, SiFi exists to simplify finance operations so businesses can focus on growth instead of manual processes.</p><h3>About The Role</h3><p>We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Integrations Squad, focused on building and improving accounting integrations. This is a junior, entry-level product role designed for someone early in their career. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers and engineers to learn how to build integrations and ship impactful features. You won’t be expected to have all the answers, but you will be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of small problems, and grow into larger responsibilities over time.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support product discovery by gathering insights from customer conversations, support tickets, and internal feedback</li><li>Regularly engage with customers (finance teams, accountants, and operators) to understand their workflows and pain points</li><li>Assist in creating clear, user-friendly documentation, including help articles and integration guides</li><li>Help plan and run training sessions and demos for internal teams (support, sales) and customers</li><li>Work closely with senior product managers to execute on defined priorities and features</li></ul><p>Your focus will be on learning the domain, understanding users deeply, and delivering high-quality execution. Over time, you’ll build the context and skills needed to take on broader product ownership.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>Must-Haves:</b></p><ul><li>Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to surface unmet needs</li><li>Synthesize insights from customer calls, support data, and usage patterns</li><li>Help define and prioritize problems worth solving before jumping to solutions</li><li>Collaborate on opportunity sizing and validating assumptions early</li><li>Develop an understanding of how integrations work (APIs, data syncing, workflows)</li><li>Learn how accounting systems handle data like invoices, payments, and ledgers</li><li>Help investigate and troubleshoot integration issues</li><li>Review support tickets and identify common issues</li><li>Join customer calls or internal discussions to understand real problems</li><li>Help document workflows and common edge cases</li><li>Work with product managers, engineers, design, and support teams</li><li>Communicate updates clearly and ask questions when things are unclear</li><li>Stay organized and follow through on assigned tasks</li><li>1–2 years of experience (product, engineering, consulting, or fresh graduate with relevant internships)</li><li>Exposure to APIs, integrations, or SaaS products</li><li>Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn</li><li>Good communication and ability to ask clear questions</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to follow through</li></ul><p><b>Nice-to-Haves:</b></p><ul><li>Basic understanding of accounting concepts</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Postman, Excel/Sheets, or SQL</li><li>Previous internship in a startup or tech environment</li><li>Fluency in speaking and writing in Arabic</li></ul><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing fin-tech startup in the MENA region</li><li>Work on real financial workflows used by thousands of businesses</li><li>Gain exposure to product, engineering, and finance domains early in your career</li><li>Grow quickly into a full Product Manager role</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
