In this role, you will provide technical support and contribute to the successful delivery of complex dry utilities infrastructure projects. Working alongside senior team members, you will help ensure projects meet the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with local and international regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in utilities design while supporting a dynamic, goal‑oriented team committed to innovative infrastructure solutions.Provide technical support and project management assistance to support the project team in the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary dry utilities projectsParticipate in project tendering activities and contribute comprehensive technical insights for commercial administration and resource allocationPrepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for dry utilities infrastructure projectsConduct technical and quality reviews of project deliverables, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure high‑quality outcomesSupport project audits and maintain transparent documentation throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and analyze ETAP models for electrical network design and master plan configurationsPerform Dialux street lighting calculations and design street lighting systems in accordance with project requirementsAssist in master plan MV and LV network design activities, ensuring efficient and compliant infrastructure layoutsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget constraintsProvide guidance and support to junior team members on technical matters and best practicesEnsure all designs comply with Saudi Arabia electrical codes, local regulations, and international design standardsContribute to BIM model coordination and clash detection to maintain a clash‑free integrated modelEmbrace new technologies and innovative approaches in dry utilities infrastructure designManage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is preferredMinimum 15 years of professional experience in dry utilities infrastructure design and project deliveryDemonstrated expertise in ETAP modeling for electrical network analysis and designProficiency in Dialux software for street lighting calculations and designStrong experience with master plan MV and LV network designSolid knowledge of street lighting design principles and standardsProficiency in AutoCAD and BIM modeling softwareExperience with technical report preparation and documentationProven ability to conduct technical and quality reviews of infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with project audit processes and quality assurance proceduresStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challengesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearlyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional team environmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of Saudi Arabia electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsCommitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies in infrastructure designStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality, error
