The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing groundbreaking visual concepts and driving the creative vision for architectural projects.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for overseeing and delivering the front-end concept designs, with a strong focus on creativity and innovation rather than technical execution.Set and maintain high standards of design, acting as a driver for new ideas and creative thinking in the practice.Present design concepts and strategies compellingly to clients, stakeholders, and industry audiences, communicating the vision and rationale behind creative decisions.Essential QualitiesOutstanding creativity demonstrated in concept design, with a portfolio showing originality and visionary thinking.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate buildable design ideas, that are buildable and inspire confidence in others.Strong interpersonal abilities for leading teams and motivating colleagues around creative objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture; a Master’s is preferred.Minimum 12 years relevant experience focused on concept design.This role suits someone who thrives in an environment where creative innovation is the priority, and is confident driving design thinking at the highest level.
