As an integral part of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations.Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations teamCollaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement and maintain brand standardsOversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost controlEnsure high standards of food quality, presentation, and serviceResolve guest concerns promptly and professionallyConduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and motivate staffAssist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfactionMonitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulationsSupport the Outlet Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingActively participate in menu planning and pricing strategiesQualificationsProven experience in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industryStrong service-focused personality with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiencesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team membersStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in inventory management and cost control techniquesIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including current industry trendsUnderstanding of relevant health and safety regulationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suiteBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusAdditional InformationEnnismore brings togethertalented teams, fromunique brands, to create a culture that isentrepreneurialandpurpose-drivenin everything we do.We’re the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, and we’re not slowing down.
