<div><p>Home Centre Landmark group is looking for a Assistant Manager- Marketing for Dubai, UAE.</p><h3>JOB DESCRIPTION:</h3><p>Assistant Manager- Marketing - Influencer Marketing&PR will play a key role in shaping and executing Home Centre’s influencer and PR strategy across the MENA region. Working closely with the wider Brand&Social teams, this role will drive culturally relevant influencer partnerships, support PR initiatives, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across markets - particularly UAE and KSA.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines<b>strong influencer ecosystem knowledge and hands‑on social media experience</b>with the ability to work across agencies, creators, media partners, and internal stakeholders.</p><h3>Responsibilities for Internal Candidates</h3><h3>Influencer Marketing</h3><ul><li>Support end-to-end influencer campaign management across UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers that match Home Centre’s brand tone, aesthetics, and values.</li><li>Oversee influencer coordination for brand, commercial, and IP‑led campaigns such as events, collection launches, and seasonal activities.</li><li>Monitor influencer performance, engagement quality, content output, and compliance with briefs.</li><li>Ensure campaigns are executed on time, with clear communication, and strong relationships with creators.</li></ul><h3>PR&Earned Media Support</h3><ul><li>Work in collaboration with PR agencies to amplify campaigns and content media outreach.</li><li>Assist in drafting and localizing PR briefs, influencer talking points, and campaign narratives.</li><li>Support event‑based PR activities, including influencer events, previews, launches, and store openings.</li><li>Track PR coverage, influencer buzz, and media value across markets.</li></ul><h3>Social Media&Content Alignment</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure influencer content aligns with ongoing and campaign content.</li><li>Guide influencers on content formats, platforms, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Keep updated on platform trends, creator formats, and regional content behaviours.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams - Brand, Social, Trade Marketing, E‑commerce- for seamless campaign execution.</li><li>Support adaptations for the Arabic market, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.</li><li>Liaise with agencies to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications for Internal Candidates</h3><h3>Must‑Have</h3><ul><li>1 - 3 years of experience in<b>Influencer Marketing, PR, or Social Media</b>(brand or agency side)</li><li>Good understanding of influencer ecosystems in<b>UAE and Saudi Arabia</b></li><li>Hands‑on experience working with<b>TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms</b></li><li>Ability to assess influencer quality beyond follower count (content, credibility, engagement, relevance, and brand fitment)</li><li>Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills</li></ul><h3>Good to Have / Preferred</h3><ul><li>Working knowledge of<b>Arabic language</b>(spoken and/or written)</li><li>Exposure to retail, lifestyle, home, fashion, or consumer brands</li><li>Experience collaborating with<b>PR agencies and media partners</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
