Sales Operations Analyst

A global leader in network performance monitoring and cybersecurity visibility is looking for a Sales Analyst to support its enterprise sales team.This role sits at the centre of the sales organisation, helping drive deal progression, providing analytical support across the sales cycle, and ensuring the sales team has the insights and operational support needed to win business.What you'll be doingSupporting Account Managers throughout the full sales cycleCreating and managing quotes, opportunities and deal strategy supportAssisting with pricing analysis and commercial deal structuringCoordinating internal deal reviews with Legal, Finance, Operations and Channel teamsProviding product configuration and quotation supportIdentifying upgrade and cross-sell opportunities through account analysisSupporting purchase order processing and sales order bookingMaintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reportingHelping improve sales processes, reporting and CRM data qualityWhat we're looking for3–5+ years' experience in sales operations, sales support or sales analysisExperience in enterprise technology, networking or cybersecurity environmentsStrong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Strong analytical skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple complex deals and internal stakeholdersWhy this role?Work with cutting-edge networking and cybersecurity technologyJoin a high-performing global sales organisationStrong opportunity for career progression within enterprise technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
