We’re looking for a Beauty Relationship Lead to join our influencer marketing team and build one of the most powerful, culturally relevant creator communities in the world. This role sits at the intersection of beauty culture, influence, and community. You’ll be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing relationships with the most respected and fastest-growing beauty voices globally, from niche experts and educators to luxury tastemakers and cultural commentators.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTalent Discovery & Global List GrowthScout emerging and established beauty creators globally across social platformsIdentify voices driving real beauty conversation, education, and purchase influenceLead global creator list growth strategy in partnership with regional marketsBuild and maintain a live, tiered global roster of beauty creators and opinion leadersCommunity Building & Seeding StrategyDevelop tailored seeding strategies that feel intentional, premium, and culturally relevantPersonally connect with top-tier creators to build authentic, long-term relationshipsLead outreach moments for launches, PR dropsCreate elevated, surprise-and-delight experiences to deepen loyaltyPartnerships & Cultural ActivationConnect creators to product launches, retail moments and brand eventsCollaborate cross-functionally with PR and Influencer teams to integrate talent into broader activationsExplore innovative collaborations (pre-seeding, partnership content, cultural moments)Relationship Management & Advocacy GrowthServe as the key point of contact for creators globallyMaintain consistent communication and nurture long-term advocacyTrack engagement, loyalty, and brand sentiment across the creator communityInsights, Trends & Authority BuildingMonitor beauty trends, niche movements, and cultural conversationsTrack performance metrics (EMV, reach, engagement, conversion where applicable)Provide regular reporting and insight recaps to internal stakeholdersWays of Working & ComplianceMaintain accurate creator records (contact, tiering, rates/notes, content permissions).Ensure disclosures, usage rights, and brand guidelines are adhered to; escalat issues promptly.Contribute to playbooks and SOPs to keep global practices consistentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field4+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or beauty/luxury partnershipsStrong understanding of beauty culture and creator ecosystemsProven success building and scaling global creator listsDeep knowledge of social platformsExceptional relationship-building and negotiation skillsExperience leading global campaigns and cross-functional projectsEstablished network within beauty, luxury, or cultural communities is highly desirableStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesGlobal mindset with experience working across multiple marketsMonthly “Self Love Days” – at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
