Assistant Land Surveyor: High-Rise&Villa Projects

<p>We are a leading real estate developer in the UAE, delivering world-class residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Our projects are known for quality execution, innovation, and timely delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Land Surveyor to support site surveying activities across high-rise and villa construction projects.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist the Land Surveyor in conducting site surveys for high-rise and villa construction projects.</li><li>Support in setting out works including gridlines, levels, and alignment as per approved drawings.</li><li>Allocate demarcation points, establish zero level, Municipality benchmark, and gate levels.</li><li>Assist in preparing topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and quantity measurements.</li><li>Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to ensure accurate setting out of works.</li><li>Assist in monitoring site levels and verifying dimensions during construction stages.</li><li>Support in preparing survey reports, sketches, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and maintenance of survey equipment.</li><li>Assist in resolving discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.</li><li>Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2–3 years of experience in UAE or GCC in high-rise or villa construction projects.</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and data processing tools.</li><li>Familiarity with digital survey equipment; experience with drones and 3D laser scanners is an added advantage.</li><li>Basic understanding of survey control points, benchmarks, and leveling.</li><li>Ability to read engineering drawings and site layouts.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Knowledge of total station and GPS equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work under supervision and meet project timelines.</li></ul><p>Location</p><p>UAE</p><p>Experience</p><p>2–3 Years (UAE/GCC – Highrise or Villa Projects)</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
