Whether you\'re seeking excitement, relaxation, or cultural enrichment, we offer something for everyone.About the RoleTo ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Food & Beverage Department in relation to the Company Core Process; thus directly impacting the delivery of the experience. This position manages scheduling of all kitchen attendants and works in the outlets to check hygienic conditions. Assists Chief Steward with inventory and requisitions.ResponsibilitiesTo display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our Guests and fellow Colleagues in order to support Farah Strategy and ValuesTo represent and promote Farah in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholdersTo help achieve Department and Company objectives, action plans and key performance indicatorsTo enforce and adhere to all UAE laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimize risk and maintain a clean safe and hygienic environment for all Guests and ColleaguesAdhere to all emergency procedures, ensuring Guest safety and participate in an evacuation if necessaryTo maintain the inventory of all crockery’s and cutleries for all the kitchens by monitoring and communicating with the kitchen brigade and ColleaguesTo assist in the preparation and post weekly work schedules for stewarding Colleagues, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicatorsTo support the implementation of the F&B Culinary Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Farah’s Values and Culture CharacteristicsQualificationsHigh School Diploma1-2 years\' same role or 4 years as Steward/kitchen helper in Five Star Hotel or similarAbility to work under pressureAbility to work well with others as a team memberGood English skills both written and verbalCollege Diploma in food services or culinary arts3-4 years’ experience as Assistant Chief StewardSoft Skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)Shape the Future with UsAt Miral Experiences, we don’t just create world-class destinations - we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.From theme parks and attractions to guest services and behind-the-scenes roles, every member of our team plays a part in delivering exceptional experiences.
