We are dedicated to delivering exceptional living experiences through innovative design top‑tier construction and cutting‑edge real estate solutions.Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.Verify invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.Maintain organized financial records and ensure policy compliance.Assist with month‑end closing and reconciliations.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment queries.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including 2 years in the UAE.Accounting educational background is mandatory.Strong English communication skills.Prior real estate experience is an advantage.Maximum age: 35 years.Immediate or early joiners preferred.Must be available in Dubai on a canceled or employment visa.Skills:Accounts payable processingInvoice verification and reconciliationVendor management and payment coordinationKnowledge of accounting principlesExperience with ERP/accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks)Financial record‑keeping and documentationMonth‑end closing supportUnderstanding of purchase orders & supporting documentsBank reconciliationBasic financial reportingMicrosoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)Industry‑Specific Skills:Knowledge of real estate accounting processesFamiliarity with project‑based costingUnderstanding of property development financial cyclesExperience handling contractor/vendor payments related to real estateBenefits:As per the UAE Labour Law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
