A fast-growing UAE-based company is looking for a senior, hands‑on Creative Designer/Art Director to define and elevate its visual direction. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, shaping campaigns and high‑profile brand moments across digital, social, video, and offline channels.What you’ll do:✅ Set the creative vision and design direction for campaigns✅ Produce hero visuals and high‑profile assets✅ Design assets for app, web, social, retail & offline✅ Elevate and protect brand identity across all touchpoints✅ Analyse creative performance and optimise for engagement & conversion✅ Collaborate with marketing, product & content teams✅ Mentor and guide the creative teamWho we’re looking for:10 + years in creative / design rolesExperience with luxury or high‑end brandsExpert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects & Premiere ProStrong visual storytelling and concepting skillsStrategic yet hands‑on mindsetThis is a growth role: Work closely with the Head of Creative and act as a mentor, with potential to expand into team leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
