Area Operations Manager

<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Accountable for the direction and co-ordination of their people and the Fulfilment Operations in various stores they manage, along with full P&L responsibility</p><p>As the area leader, you will lead the operations for multiple fulfilment operations in your designated region or area ensuring that our customers receive the best service and the business constantly improves and is on the path to profitability.</p><p>This is a strategic&operational role, motivating your teams, leading and developing on the floor and supporting the team with the longer-term strategy as well as best practice sharing.</p><p>Responsibility for inbound operations, outbound operations, Returns operations and a functional process responsibility within the designated fulfilments.</p><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Training</li><li>Monitor talent spotting</li><li>Delivering audits and fulfilment standards, creating centers of excellence and implementing best practice</li><li>Build, optimize, and help with delivery routes with last mile</li><li>Communicate with and respond to Panda App customer care</li><li>Troubleshoot problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary</li><li>Developing performance goal</li><li>Review daily, weekly, and monthly targets</li><li>Communicating policies to the team</li><li>Maintain compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed</li><li>Ensuring SOP’s are followed for building security and product loss prevention.</li><li>Lead the launch of various fulfilment operations as per strategic plans</li><li>Effective planning for peak seasons to ensure sufficient resources are available.</li><li>Ensure Last Mile/Freelancers providers are onboarded according to Panda Fulfilment Operations standards, performance are tracked and managed and escalated whenever is required.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
