Operations Director – Quick Commerce

We are looking for a Director Operations – Quick Commerce who understands the speed, precision, and structure required to run high-performing quick commerce operations.This role goes beyond traditional operations management. It focuses on building and optimizing dark store operations, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency to deliver a seamless customer experience.You will be responsible for establishing strong operational foundations, improving internal processes, and ensuring that every order is executed with consistency, speed, and reliability. This role requires someone who can think strategically while staying close to day-to-day execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end quick commerce operations across dark stores and fulfillment centersEnsure smooth execution of order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch workflowsDrive improvements in delivery timelines, order accuracy, and overall customer experienceMaintain high inventory accuracy across all locations and ensure effective stock controlMonitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and demand patterns to avoid stockouts and overstockingReduce shrinkage and improve inventory planning through structured processesDesign and implement scalable operational processes and standard operating proceduresIdentify inefficiencies and continuously improve workflows across operationsEstablish clear performance benchmarks and operational standardsManage third-party logistics and delivery partners, ensuring service level agreements are metBuild strong vendor relationships to support operational reliability and scalabilityTrack and analyze key operational metrics including fulfillment time, accuracy, and cost efficiencyDevelop reporting structures and dashboards for ongoing performance monitoringUse data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvementWhat We Are Looking For8–12 years of experience in operations, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles within quick commerce, e-grocery, or food delivery environmentsStrong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and fulfillment systemsExperience working with or within platforms such as Noon, Careem, Jahez, HungerStation, or similarProven ability to build and scale operational processes in fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solvingExperience managing vendors and third-party partnersFamiliarity with the KSA market is highly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
