Area Manager - Civil Construction

Oversee the end-to-end construction process across assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Financial & Risk ManagementMonitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of projects.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.Lead and support Project Managers, ensuring clear delegation and effective team management.Provide coaching, performance evaluation, and succession planning for project teams.Stakeholder & Client EngagementMaintain close relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring alignment on project expectations.Report regularly to the Chief Projects Officer and senior management on project status and escalations.Compliance & SafetyEnsure legal, regulatory, and safety compliance on all project sites.Secure necessary permits and approvals prior to execution.QualificationsExperienceMinimum 18+ years’ experience in Civil ConstructionSignificant senior-level experience of management of people and resourcesQualificationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil EngineeringPMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.For any assistance or query!Feel free to contact us on info@aaai.ae#J-18808-Ljbffr
