The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual design abilities, technical expertise, and excellent presentation skills, along with advanced proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering software.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop architectural concepts for hospitality, retail, and mixed-use, …etc. projects.Prepare design presentations, mood boards, concept sketches, and 3D visualizations.Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions.Produce high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations.Review material selections, finishes, and detailing to align brand and project objectives.Support project delivery from concept through completion.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.7-10 years of experience in architectural design, with significant exposure to hospitality and retail projects.Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and 3D visualization work.Solid understanding of space planning, materiality, detailing, and construction methods.Experience handling multiple project types and scales simultaneously.Technical SkillsProficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD.Advanced knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino).Strong rendering skills using tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.Excellent command of presentation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.Core CompetenciesStrong design sensibility and creative thinking.Excellent visual presentation and storytelling skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
